A six-inch-long metal spring, embedded 6cm deep in a Sheffield boy’s back, has been lodged in his body for 10 hours. It’s unknown what caused the spring to be stuck in the boy’s back. The boy felt a strange heavy sensation, and a great deal of pain.
Greenwood lawsuit against Extreme Air Parks
The Greenwood family filed a lawsuit against Extreme Air Parks in June 2018 alleging that the park failed to supervise the trampoline and foam pit area of the park. The park allegedly failed to provide proper supervision and failed to train employees. The park’s negligence is alleged to have caused Greenwood’s death. His death has resulted in financial and emotional loss for his family. The family lost Hayes, a devoted companion and supporter, along with child care and household assistance.
The Greenwood lawsuit against Extreme Air Parks alleges that the company failed to provide adequate instruction to employees or to warn the children about dangers. The parents of Jason Greenwood filed the lawsuit in the B.C. Supreme Court and named several defendants in the case. The company has denied any negligence or breach of duty of care.
The family also filed a lawsuit against the United States of America and Solar Sources, Inc. Extreme Air has denied the claims made by the family. The company has denied the allegations that it failed to provide immediate assistance for Greenwood’s children. Despite the court’s rejection of the initial claims, the company continues to deny the claim.
Greenwood’s family filed the lawsuit in January 2018, three months after his death at a Virginia trampoline park. His family filmed his final jump and requested a video of the fall. However, the footage was not captured by emergency crews until 21 minutes after his death.
Jaylin’s punishment for jumping on the trampoline
The punishment Jaylin received for jumping on the trampoline creature on August 29th 2021 was brutal. She was deprived of food and water until she died. The temperature on the trampoline was 110 degrees, and the ground was at least 150 degrees hotter. Her autopsy resulted in homicide by dehydration. Her parents, Daniel and Ashley, were arrested.
The Schwarzes’ daughter Jaylin was not their biological child. They allegedly forced her to jump on the trampoline for hours without stopping, even when she was dehydrated. They also refused to give her water since it would mean she wouldn’t be jumping for as long. The autopsy report was completed on October 8, and the official cause of death was dehydration. Police ruled the death a homicide.
